Want the place all to yourself?

We offer private rug tufting classes for groups of up to 12 people. Perfect for birthdays, family gatherings, corporate team building, and more!

Getting started is easy. We’ll work with you to find a date that works best for your group based on our schedule of classes. Once the event is booked, we’ll send you a private link just for your guests to register for the class. Each guest will receive instructions on what they need to bring and what they can expect for their class. (Hands-free hosting!)

Our private events include everything you need for your group to have a wonderful tufting experience.

  • All materials needed for 12 people to make their very own custom rug
  • Exclusive use of the space
  • Access to the space 30 minutes before class time for setup and up to 15 minutes after class ends
  • Private link where you and your guests will register

Note: Space for décor and time for food is limited. Large spreads are prohibited. Talk to us if you are planning to bring snacks or decorations and we can discuss your options.

Our private rug tufting classes offer two options: the Large Rug class, which is a 4.5-hour session, and the Mini Rug class, which is a 3-hour session.

  • Thursday – 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM (Mini Rug)
  • Friday 7:30 PM to Midnight (Large Rug)
  • Weekend Mornings – 10 AM to 2:30 PM (Large Rug)
  • Weekend Afternoons – 4 PM to 8:30 PM (Large Rug)

Pricing is a flat rate that includes exclusive use of the space during your event and tufting for a maximum of 12 people.

Flat Pricing

  • Large Rug Tufting Class – $1,308 + tax
  • Mini Rug Tufting Class – $900 + tax

To secure your date, we’ll send you an invoice for the full amount, which is due within 24 hours of booking. If you are reserving a date at least 30 days in advance, you will have the option of paying in two payments: a non-refundable 50% deposit to reserve the date and the other 50% due 15 days before your event. Guests will not be able to register until the event is paid in full.

These options can be added to your experience:

  • Custom Event Schedule – Starting at $200
    • Schedule your event on a day and/or time outside of our event schedule
    • Subject to availability
  • Additional Time – $50/half-hour
    • Subject to availability
  • Rug Trimming – $25/per person
    • Tuft the entire class time, and we’ll trim your rug for you
    • Requires pick up at a later time, normally 2-3 weeks
  • Rug Shipping – Starting at $10/per rug
    • Rates depend on shipping location and size of rug
