Refunds & Exchanges
Class Reservations
All reservations are final and non-refundable, with no exceptions for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Not arriving for your reservation (no-show).
- Being 15 or more minutes late and unable to be admitted.
- Being asked to leave class for violating safety rules or disruptive behavior.
- Arriving with a minor under 16 years of age who cannot be admitted.
- Arriving with a guest without a reservation who cannot be admitted.
If you would like to send someone in your place, please email us at hello@tuftinghouse.com at least 72 hours in advance with their information, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Product Returns
We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. Should you have any questions or need assistance, please reach out, and we’ll gladly help troubleshoot any issues. If you still wish to initiate a return:
- Returns are accepted for products delivered within 30 days.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and free of odors, dirt, hair, or other debris.
- Once your return is initiated, we will provide you with a return label.
- Upon receipt of your item, a refund will be issued, minus a 10% restocking fee.
- Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We are unable to accept returns for digital downloads or items marked as “clearance” or “final sale.”
Product Refunds/Exchanges
We will refund or replace any order that arrives damaged. Please contact us with photo evidence of the item’s condition within 7 days of receipt.
Please note for yarn: Due to the unique production process and natural variations in dye lots, future dye lots may vary, and we cannot guarantee an exact match. Returns for variations in dye color will not be accepted as damaged.
