In this engaging texture canvas art class, you’ll experiment with dimension, layering, and color to create a one-of-a-kind canvas using spackle and sculpting tools. Whether you’re going for clean and minimal or bold and sculptural, this class is a playful intro to textured art — no experience necessary.

What You’ll Do

Once you book your spot, we’ll send you an email with tips on how to prepare and what to expect. You can come in with ideas saved on your phone, or just see where the moment takes you.

After a quick check-in and instructor demo, you’ll dive into just over 1.5 hours of hands-on time to build your textured masterpiece using spackle, putty tools, and optional pigment.

We’ll guide you through the process, but the design is all yours — abstract, minimal, sculptural, playful, or somewhere in between. When you’re done, you’ll take your artwork home the same day.

  • All reservations are binding, non-refundable, and cannot be rescheduled
  • The minimum age is 6 years old – children under 6 are not permitted
  • Minors must be accompanied by an adult who also has a reservation; accompanying adult will be required to provide ID and sign a safety acknowledgement form at check-in
  • Although we’ll provide aprons and gloves, wear clothes you don’t mind getting messy!
  • Please arrive 5 minutes early – class will start promptly
  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will forfeit your spot

If you anticipate that you will be late we ask that you reach out so we can adjust as needed.  If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you’ll forfeit your spot in the class.
